Megan brings over 16 years of visionary leadership in sustainable design and construction. Her expertise lies in spearheading complex, large-scale development projects and tackling the root causes of today's most pressing systemic challenges, including climate change, ethical supply chains, whole-life carbon considerations, nature preservation, social equity, and human well-being. Megan is recognized in the real estate and development sectors as a process author, systems thinker, and catalyst for change. She has collaborated closely with clients at the forefront of innovation, technology, and the implementation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments.
In her newest role, Megan is excited to pivot her career towards capability building within the organization. Together, we aim to unlock the circular economy by driving clients, projects, and society towards a zero-waste and regenerative lifestyle.

Megan holds credentials including LEED AP (BD+C, ID+C, O+M), Living Future Accredited, WELL AP, and Fitwel Ambassador. She graduated from Boston University with a BA in Environmental Sciences and Art History of Architecture. Megan is a current member of the USGBC LEED BD+C Consensus Committee and former strategic & technical advisor to the World Green Building Council’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment. Megan's contributions to the field have been recognized through accolades such as the "Bay Area Women Leading Real Estate Award" and the "Global 50 Women in Sustainability Award" in 2022.
