Summary:
The management, with the support of All About Waste, did a fantastic job at creating an environment that facilitates zero waste behavior among the building’s occupants. Through continued sorting, enhanced training, educational programs, and minor alterations to the design of the existing recycling infrastructure, the building achieved a diversion rate that exceeds the requirements of the TRUE Zero Waste Certification, becoming the 1st TRUE-Certified Project in San Francisco. The success of this project demonstrates how strategic zero waste initiatives can significantly reduce waste, lower costs, and improve environmental performance in a commercial high-rise setting.
