  As a leading zero waste and circular economy consultant, All About Waste played a pivotal role in overseeing the TRUE certification process for the Genesis Marina Project—the world’s first TRUE-certified construction endeavor. Located in Brisbane, California, Genesis Marina spans 784,000 square feet across three buildings, serving as a laboratory and office complex at the forefront of sustainable construction practices.  The project is located on top of an old capped landfill. 

  Genesis Marina's TRUE Gold certification underscores the commitment of All About Waste, Webcor, Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, and SOM to pioneering sustainable building practices. TRUE certification, administered by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), recognizes projects that excel in resource efficiency through waste reduction, reuse, and recycling.
